Lynn and paige leary are the mother and daughter duo behind Charlote profiles in color. The project was the brainchild of lynn who wanted to do something meaningful to celebrate woman of color in her community. With just a vision in place. lynn reached out to nine(9) woman of color she knew in the charlotte, NC area and invited them to a photo shoot, had them write their profiles and a website was created. soon thereafter paige came on board and became the creative force and editor of PINC magazine. under paige's direction the magazine has grown with issues being released bi-monthly. The print magazine is a free publication and one-third of all advertisement are offered free of charge to woman of color small business owners.
